Common Problems In The First Application Of Aluminum Alloy Non-stick Pan

For die-casting pan manufacturers and non-stick pan manufacturers, the common problems in the initial application of aluminum alloy non-stick pans:

1. After the new pot is opened, after the new pot is bought, the pores of the metal material skin on the surface of the pot will be more and more leveled after the new pot is bought back. It is also used as a cleanup for the first application. Pour the rice water into the pot, boil it for 20 minutes, and throw it away. After the pot is cooled, pour oil to make the surface of the large pot evenly cover the white filling liquid, and then heat for 30 seconds. After the oil streaks appear, the flame can be turned off.

2. Prevent the aluminum alloy non-stick pan from being burnt without coating. If the aluminum alloy non-stick pan is heated for too long, the coating will be destroyed and the efficiency of the aluminum alloy non-stick pan will be lost.

3. Raise the pot regularly. Pour oil into the hot pot and cold pot before cooking. After spreading evenly, the small and medium-sized hot pot will be heated for three minutes, and then the pot will be raised. If you want to cook, you can just start the food at this time. If it is for regular maintenance, throw away the oil and wipe it off with facial tissues.

4. Do not use iron brushes, wire brushes or grinding to clean up a very small number of food sticking pans. Aluminum alloy non-stick pans will stick to the pan more easily! When you touch the sticky pan, take advantage of the hot pot. Add damp heat to soak, or let water to boil for ten minutes, and then clean it with sponge or soft loofah cloth. It can be easily removed.

5. Solve the problem of serious burning. The braised pork ribs has been burnt too much, and the juice from the coking plant has stuck to the bottom of the big pot. Pour in strong tea water or lemon peel, orange peel, pineapple peel, and boil in tap water. In three to five minutes, the hard-to-remove sticky pot juice can be easily wiped off with sponge!

6, to prevent scratching the surface of the pan. The shovel and steel spatula are easy to scratch the non-stick cookware, which makes the aluminum alloy non-stick pan ineffective. It is recommended to use wooden or high-temperature plastic frying spoons. Otherwise, if the coating is allowed to fall off and rust, it may also cause undesirable effects on the human body.
